We offer delivery across the major metropolitan areas of United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, there are a number of locations where we are currently not able to offer home delivery. Please send request to info@lets-beach.com to know if your location is covered by our courier service. If you're unsure about whether or not your address is too far please make sure to call us on 04 395 07 80 to avoid delays.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? We deliver everywhere in Middle East. But even if you are somewhere else, place an order with your address details or contact us on info@lets-beach.com and we will update you in 24hrs if we deliver to you country.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHARGES FOR DELIVERY/CASH ON DELIVERY?

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: Delivery in United Arab Emirates is AED 20 on all orders. Cash On Delivery service: FREE OF CHARGE

OTHER COUNTRIES: Please place an order with you address details or contact us on info@lets-beach.com and we will update you in 24hrs what do we charge for delivery in your country.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash on Delivery Currently you can pay your delivery agent by cash in AED in United Arab Emirates or USD in other countries upon receiving your order. And even though the COD service is costly for us to provide, at Let’s Beach it is ABSOLUTELY FREE! Shortly we will provide you with option to choose between different methods of payment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Usually it takes 1-2 working days in UAE and 2-5 working days for Middle East. Otherwise the VIP Express delivery is available. You can learn more from Payment and Delivery.

Let’s Beach is an online shopping website. All of our items are stored in a warehouse that is not open to customers. We offer a free exchange policy, if your item does not fit or you are unhappy with it, you can exchange this for a different size within 14 days of purchase.

Once you’ve finished shopping and proceed to checkout, there will be a field provided for discounts, coupons and promotional codes. Type your code in here and click the validate button. The correct amount should be removed from your purchase total.

ABOUT RETURNS/EXCHANGES HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

At Let’s Beach we offer free exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply write an email to info@lelts-beach.com within 48 hrs after receiving your order. In email briefly describe, why do you want to return the item, and leave your contact details with order number. We will contact you in 24hrs and our courier will collect it from you in 1-2 working days. Once the item is picked up, we will send you a promotional code on amount you spent. Just apply it while shopping with lets-beach.com next time!

CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash back as refund. However we offer free exchanges in the form of Refund Code of the next purchase. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, you can exchange your item free of charge - we cover the return shipping fees and issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice. For example, if you paid AED 500 for an item, we’ll give you a personal Refund Code for AED 500 after you’ve returned the item to us.
