- If the delivery is not possible (customer don't answer phone, not available, etc), then the courier will attempt twice again in the following days before returning the goods to Let’s Beach team.
- In this case of failed delivery, Let’s Beach team will contact you and offer you pick up or schedule a new delivery. Insurance Let’s Beach insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered. Once signed and goods passed to you, at this point the responsibility for your purchase transfers to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Let’s Beach and transfer of responsibility in the same way as specified above. International Duties and taxes (Paid) International orders are exclusive of duty and custom charges. Depending the custom rules import duties could be charged or not. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
MAKING A RETURN/EXCHANGE IS EASY!
How to make a return
At Let’s Beach we offer free exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply write an email to email@example.com within 48 hrs after receiving your order. In email briefly describe, why do you want to return the item, and leave your contact details with order number. We will contact you in 24hrs and our courier will collect it from you in 1-2 working days. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. Once the item is picked up, we will send you a Refund Code on amount you spent. Just apply it while shopping with lets-beach.com next time!
Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash back as refund. However we offer free exchanges in the form of Refund Code of the next purchase. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, you can exchange your item free of charge - we cover the return shipping fees and issue you credit for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice. For example, if you paid AED 500 for an item, we’ll give you a personal Refund Code for AED 500 after you’ve returned the item to us.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Let’s Beach and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please, take extra care when trying on garments to reduce the risk of any make-up marks.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should always be tried on over underwear.
To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we ask that you send your items to us in the original packaging provided with your order.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items can be returned for a refund (excluding Giveaways which are non-refundable)

Should you choose to use your own courier service to make a return, lets-beach.com can not take responsibility for the item and to cover the cost of the return. For your own protection, we recommend that you return the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Exchanges We can exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. Simply specify the new size you require, at the time of requesting your exchange. Outbound shipping is free on replacement items, but please note that this is a complimentary service, and does not extend to us refunding initial outbound delivery costs and return delivery costs of the original item. Faulty Goods Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 weeks of purchase.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, lets-beach.com will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund in store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
For faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact email@example.com Gift returns If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit. The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return of a gift item. Please note that corporate gifts will need to be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited in store credits for the sum paid and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items that will be refunded to the original mode of payment). If your order has been sent to a destination outside the UAE, lets-beach.com is unable to refund customs duties and sales taxes. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Color Representation and Sizing
We make every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on lets-beach.com. However, computer monitors vary so we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Cancelations of Orders Should you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. If the order is cancelled before processing, the product won't be shipped and the money will be refund in form of store credit. However if the cancellation occurs after the processing of the order, then cancellation won't be possible and you should request a Return or Exchange.
